  • Ensures policy implementation, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Provides strategic direction and oversight.
Certification Decision Committee Independent fron
  • Independent fron audit and training functions. Reviews and approves certification decisions.
Impartiality Committee
  • Reviews and approves certification decisions.
  • Ensures objectivity and impartiality in certification processes.
Assessment and Audit Department
  • Conducts candidate assessments (for persons) and QMS audits. Trains and appoints assessors.
Quality Assurance Department
  • Oversees quality compliance, internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
Operation Department
  • Manages certification applications, candidate assessment, document control, and client communication.
  • Maintains records, correspondence, certificates, and archive systems.
